Tara Malloy

General Manager

Tara Malloy was born in County Donegal, Ireland, where she started her hospitality career in her uncle’s pub pulling pints and entertaining the locals at a young age. She always dreamed of moving to New York and took the leap in 2010. She immediately started working in The Long Room as a bartender but quickly progressed to bar manager the following year and has been the general manager since 2015. Her love for delicious food and good ‘craic’ has given her a home away from home at The Long Room.
